If your item is too small/big or if you wish for a refund, all you would have to do is send it back to us and we will send sort it out. Alternatively, you could pop into the shop and we can sort it for you given that the tags are still on the items and there is no sign that the items have been worn

We process our orders at the end of the working day and try to send them out the following morning (via First class postage). There are times when an item may be sold out or not avaiable and if so we then aim to deliver between 3-6 days.
