At All Saints’ we welcome children and families of all faiths and backgrounds, into a friendly, nurturing, hardworking environment where respect for others and positive attitudes towards work and behaviour are firmly embedded. We are an inclusive community and relationships throughout the school are fundamental to a positive ethos. We have a very skilled and supportive Governing Body who work in close partnership with the school community to ensure there is mutual respect and trust as well as challenge, ambition and drive.
We are very proud of our well established partnership with All Saints’ Church. Together we ensure that children and families are central to everything we do in school, and we enjoy watching children grow spiritually, morally and socially within a strong Christian ethos.
We offer a relevant and exciting, broad and balanced curriculum where children are given opportunities to explore a range of subjects and encouraged to use a variety of learning styles. We ensure a wide range of experiences especially through historical trips, music, sport and the performance. We consider the skills of communication, numeracy and literacy to be the foundation for our learning and we are proud of the steps we have taken so far on our journey to higher standards and achievements.
We encourage all parents and carers to come in at every opportunity, whether it is to talk to teachers about their child’s progress, see their child achieve and perform, to be part of our social events or to discuss open and honestly any concerns or difficulties their child may have during this first stage of their educational journey. We listen to the views of our pupils and parents and use them to help shape the strategic direction of the school.
