Delivery

Returns

  1. I ordered a jumper for my child and it was too small. What can I do?

    If your item is too small, all you would have to do is send it back to us and we will send you a replacement size of your choice. Alternatively, you could pop into the shop and we can exchange it for you. Given that the tags are still available to you.

  2. I brought uniform for my child but now he/she has changed school, am I able to return it?

    Of course you can. If the items are still new and have not been marked or worn you are most welcome to come and exchange/refund it.

  3. I have a faulty item which I had purchased off of you a while back, what do I do?

    If there is any manufacturing problem with your item, bring it back to us in store or via postage and once we identify the problem we shall try our level best to sort out the issue and hopefully be able to replace the item for you.

Refunds

  1. I purchased an item and I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

    We will issue you with a full refund, provided the item is still new and has not been worn.

Jobs

  1. Are there any employment opportunities at Bubblegum?

    I am terribly sorry but we have no intention to recruit any new staff at the moment . We are a family run business and therefore are always full staffed. The only time we will be recruiting, is during the summer rush, so please feel free to contact us then.

  1. I run a nursery/school, would you be able to supply us our uniform?

    Ofcourse, we would love to supply you your uniform, as well as help you to create a design that is perfect for you. Please feel free to contact us and we can discuss the issue further.

Delivery

  1. How long will my order take to be sent out to me?

    3-6 Days (Average)

    We process our orders at the end of the working day and try to send them out the following morning (via Second class postage). There are times when an item may be sold out or not avaiable and if so we then aim to deliver between 3-6 days. If there is a possibility that for any reason we may need more time, we will contact you to let you know.
